A 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home that includes two master suites, complete with a pool and spa and sleeps up to 11 people and is located in the Sandy Ridge development in Davenport, FL. Just minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Wide World of Sports, Gatorland, Outlet Shopping, Dining, World Class Golf Courses, Water Parks, International Drive, Old Town Kissimmee, Arabian Knights, Museums, just to name a few of the attractions nearby.

Our home features an outdoor pool and spa with an outdoor table, seating and loungers for laying by the pool with spa heat included in every stay. On the ground floor there is a living area with a 37? flat screen HDTV with a DVD player, Nintendo Wii games console and free wifi. The sofa folds out into a queen bed for additional sleeping arrangements. There is a games/card table that seats 4, this area overlooks the pool. Also in the living area, there is a bench that holds games, puzzles, many DVD's and Wii games for your added entertainments. The dining area has seating for 6 and has a baker's wine rack, complete with wine glasses, opener, corks, drink mixers, etc.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, icemaker, microwave, stove/oven and the small appliances are new: coffee maker, can opener, bagel/bread toaster, blender w/food processor. All the dinnerware, pots and pans, mixing bowls and flatware are new also. There is plenty of plasticware for use by the pool area. The laundry room has a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, laundry baskets and the pool towels are stored here. The garage has been converted to a gamesroom with foosball/table football, a combo pool, air hockey, table tennis games table and a regulation size pool table that is being restored but you are welcome to play.

Upstairs, there is a King master suite with a bathroom, a 19? LCD remote controlled flatscreen TV and a DVD player. The bathroom has a double sink, a double shower and a hair dryer. The Queen master suite has a 27? TV and a bathroom with a shower and a dryer. The Lighthouse bedroom has 2 twin beds with a 19? LCD remote controlled flatscreen TV. The Beachfront bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed with a 19? remote controlled flatscreen TV. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower on this floor also. Each bedroom is complete with bedding and no less than 2 pillows per person. Each bath has plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your use.
We are about an hours drive from other popular attractions such as Busch Gardens Tampa, Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic Coast.

There are many day trip destinations easily accessible during your stay also such as Daytona Beach (NASCAR and Beaches), Sarasota (Kayak South Lido Mangrove Tunnels) to name a few. Explore the many possibilities on our Location/Activities map on our website.

You have a choice of the Orlando International Airport, about 35 minutes away or the Tampa International Airport, about 1 hour away. Most choose the Orlando airport, however we have found the drive from Tampa to be a relatively short drive and sometimes the flight schedule or airline fees work a little better flying in and out of Tampa. Just don't think that you are limited to the Orlando Airport. And remember that arriving and/or departing during the rush hours can add travel time.
