This home is approximately 1500 square feet and has three bedrooms with two and one half bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and both guestrooms have queen sized beds. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa for your convenience. To make your stay the most comfortable, there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms as well as the main living area. There is a large, private balcony perfect for enjoying the views while the sun rises or sets. There is also an outdoor pool and outdoor shower, where you can wash away the chlorine or the salty ocean water after a long day in the pool or at the beach. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar, with three bar stools, located right next to the dining table that can seat six. There are three TV's, a DVD player, and a washer and dryer, for your convenience.

When you rent this home you will be able to bring your boat and launch it at the boat ramp that goes into the lagoon. You are also only a short walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of Gulf Shores where you can get plenty of sunbathing in or take advantage of the many water sport activities that are available. The pool in the back is shared with the other half of the duplex. You can also use the covered parking that is available.
