Punta Esmeralda is a new, beautifully landscaped, gated resort located just outside the fun, authentic Mexican town of Bucerias, 25 minutes from vibrant downtown Puerto Vallarta and only 15 minutes the other direction to the great beach and surfing towns of Sayulita and Punta Mita.

This unit provides an extra linens and towels, DVD player and movies for adults and children. Remote control ceiling fans and mini split air-conditioning in every unit. There is also a basement laundry with washer and dryer.
You can walk right off the terrace into the manicured gardens, or to one of the resorts infinity pools and use the chaise lounges. The Master bedroom has patio doors opening on to the terrace with ocean views, and other bedrooms open onto the gardens. All the bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, built in closets, pillow top beds. This unit is decorated with luxury and comfort in mind.
Roam peacefully in the property's spacious gardens with access to eight Venetian-tiled infinity pools. A private beach compliments the beach club and restaurant that look out over deep blue waters. The other amenities are a fully equipped gym, spa with full services, tennis courts, children's playground, and beach volleyball. Or maybe you would prefer to just hang on the beach chairs. Internet wireless is available at the beach-club (not in the home). Maid service is available by arrangement.
