Villa Bellavista is a large stunning traditional Tuscan farmhouse recently restored by its owners, using original,old materials. This beautiful property consists of a main villa and large guest house. The main villa has 5 spacious bedrooms tastefully furnished for a relaxing atmosphere, accommodating up to 10 people, whilst the guest house has four spacious and airy bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 people.
Set in two and a half acres of grounds, the villa has a 50 ft swimming pool, with pool house, changing rooms and shower facilities.

As you drive down a long gravelled white road, you arrive at the front gates of Villa Bellavista, leading to the courtyard of the villa, with an ancient olive tree as the centre-piece in the middle. To the left of you is the large spacious guest annex. Down a short footpath you arrive at the 50ft (12 metre) swimming pool, where there is a pool house with shower facilities, changing room, pool toys and table tennis table and teak pool furniture for lazing by the swimming pool.

Walking up a short path from the courtyard you arrive at the main villa with large wooden front doors. The large villa and annex has recently been restored to a high standard . In the main villa there are 5 spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. There is also a WC on the ground floor.
The open plan living room has its own fireplace and the villa also has central heating which makes the villa an option for winter rentals. The kitchen has all modern kitchen equipment and is easy to work in. All rooms have double opening doors to the gardens, creating a large airy space.

In the guest annex you will find a spacious open plan living & dining room. four spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has all modern facilities and is easy to work in.
The guest house has central heating and a log fire in the living room. Making it perfect also for winter rentals. You may also wish to choose to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outside under the pergola, enjoying the rolling hills that surround the villa.

Linen and towels, including large pool towels for each guest are included. Maid cleaning is provided twice a week, with a change of linen at the end of each week. Additional cleaning is available for a reasonable local charge.

There is a fantastic mix of open spaces and seclusion, whilst being just minutes from the A1 motorway, linking Rome and Florence.
